If you have interest in getting on the KCCA Board, start here. Print the application, fill it out and deliver to KCCA Office or KCCA Director.

This procedure was adopted by the Board of Directors for any reserve proposals coming before the directors. It is also a good template for non-reserve proposals.

The idea behind this is to keep the directors as informed as possible so they can exercise their fiduciary responsibility and make the best choices for KCCA.

If you would like to change the exterior paint color of your home, change the landscaping in your front lard, build a fence, install a new roof, install HVAC, etc. you should always complete a LARC Project Request form prior to beginning any work.  In some cases, a permit is required by the City of King City.  But always, fill out the LARC Project Request Form first.  Our LARC Committee members are dedicated to answering any questions you may have and/or providing project recommendations.  Failure to obtain approval and/or city permits can result in fines, so it is best to be prepared and complete this form first!
